This retreat is for anyone who wants to reset, dive into their yoga and/or meditation practice, connect with nature, and feel truly relaxed. Time to set the tone for how you want to feel and show up in your life.
This retreat will have 2 daily classes – The morning class will be yoga and meditation. Afternoon classes will be focused on exploring aerial yoga, partner stretching and guided free form movement with breath to allow your body, mind, and emotions be fully present and connected. Our beautiful 2000 square foot open air practice space is available for open use all week.
When you aren’t practicing, you’ll be eating amazing, healthy food, lounging at the pool, swimming in the ocean, reading in hammocks, and enjoying being in nature. This retreat will also include ice baths, breathing exercises to calm the nervous system and focus the mind and body.
Get ready to move, play, breathe, feel, stretch, and express. At Casa Chango you are invited to shine and be yourself!
Daily Schedule Sample: Everything is optional!
- 7-8am: Coffee, Tea, and Breakfast
- 9-11:30 am: Yoga & Meditation
- 12:30pm: Lunch
- 1-3:30pm: Pool-time, siesta, relaxing
- 3:30pm: Afternoon Treat (Tea, Coffee, Golden Milk, Cookies)
- 5-7pm: Aerial Yoga, Partner Stretching, & Guided Movement & Meditation
- 7pm Dinner
- 8-10pm Evening Activities & Guided Breathing Exercises
We’ll take you to our favorite beach for swimming, surfing, snorkeling, and releasing baby turtles into the sea.

- Ground transportation to/from the Puerto Escondido Airport (PXM) to Casa Chango*
- Accommodations for the duration of the retreat

Cancellation Policy:
No Refunds. No exceptions.
Cancel more than 60 days before 1st day of retreat: 60% of your payment (not including deposit) can transfer toward a future Sweet Retreat.
Cancel 30-60 days before the 1st day of retreat: 40% of your payment (not including deposit) can transfer toward a future Sweet Retreat.
Cancel up to 30 days before the 1st day of the retreat: 20% of your payment (not including deposit) can transfer toward a future Sweet Retreat.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Sweet Retreats will not cancel this retreat unless the Mexican border closes, ALL flights are cancelled, and all airports close..
