This immersive week is for hobby aerial students who want to do aerial arts and explore the various nature excursions along this part of the Oaxaca coast. Aerial classes will include skills, conditioning, and sequences on aerial sling, lyra, silks, & straps.
This Aerial & Adventures Retreat will have 1 daily class and one daily adventure. Some adventures happen in the morning and some in the afternoon. Therefore the daily class will vary each day in the morning or afternoon. All adventures are optional. Participants can choose which adventures to do and to add more aerial training if they like.
The rest of our time can be spent eating amazing, healthy food, swimming in the warm ocean, reading in hammocks, and breathing the fresh air.
Level & Prerequisites
This retreat is appropriate for any aerial student with a beginner to intermediate level on any apparatus.
Daily Schedule Sample: Everything is optional!
Each day there will be one aerial class (either in the morning or afternoon) and one adventure.
- 8-9:30 am: Coffee, Tea and Breakfast
- 10:30am-12:30pm: Aerial Class or Adventure
- 1pm: Lunch
- 2-5pm: Pool-time, siesta, relaxing
- 3:30pm: Afternoon Treat
- 4:30-6pm: Aerial Class or Adventure
- 7pm Dinner
- 8-10pm Evening activities

- Ground transportation to/from the Puerto Escondido Airport (PXM) to our accommodations*
