I want YOU to live your true life’s purpose, to BE YOURSELF!

I will tell you over and over again that you are worthy of happiness, you are completely lovable, you are perfect as you are.
You are enough.
I will caress your hair, kiss your forehead and hold your head in my lap.
I will kick your butt in CIRCUS FIT class and stretch your limits with circus yoga.
I will remind you again that this life is precious and your birthright is to shine your light and receive life’s gifts.

In February, 2012, at age 67, my mother, who was always ‘healthy as a horse,’ was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. 5 months later she died. Throughout my whole life, she only wanted me to be happy. She told me this every time I came to her with one of my newest inspired ideas (trip to southeast Asia to study massage when I was 20, my job at Sea World dancing around in an otter costume, and then the kicker, circus school). She supported me 100% with each radical life choice I made. This is the biggest gift I have ever received.

Since my mother’s passing I have come to understand just how powerful the words “YES, you deserve happiness. Live your dreams.” are to someone who forges their own path in this linear world full of right, wrong and material success. My mother allowed me to by myself, completely, honestly, and unconditionally. Now I want to hold the space for you to do the same.

The most frequent feedback on all of my workshops, intensives, and retreats is, “I feel like myself here.”

Life doesn’t always give us what we think we need. We all have different ways of learning, expressing, growing and giving our gifts. It is our life’s journey to discover ourselves, and what an amazing journey it is.

It is my mission to support YOU in living your life as a gift, living your dreams as reality, and making choices that serve your life’s purpose and happiness.
